1P4:10 Sports is excited to introduce Tiffany Tracy as the new Director of Sports Performance!  Tiffany has a B.A. in Nutrition and well over a decade of experience within the health and fitness industry.
Most recently, Tiffany served as the University of Houston Men’s and Women’s Golf Fitness Trainer.  While in this role, she helped the lady cougars win a conference championship, and was featured on the Golf Channel’s Morning Drive show.
Tiffany is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and holds advanced certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist.  She is also Precision Nutrition certified in Level 1 Exercise Nutrition and Level 2 Masters Nutrition Coaching.  Tiffany is also certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) as a Golf Fitness Specialist.
Using her extensive knowledge and expertise, Tiffany will focus on building personal Game Plans for athletes of all ages and every skill level.  Utilizing an intake assessment, she will build a game plan base on the specific needs and goals of each athlete.  Game Plans will include options for personal training, building mental toughness, nutrition and wellness counseling, Athletic Republic group classes, and corrective exercises for injury prevention.

Adrienne’s work centers around athletes of all age groups and sports and has extensive experience serving elite youth, collegiate, olympic, and professional athletes. She began working with athletes shortly after obtaining her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology; pairing her background as a lifelong athlete with a passion for helping others. Adrienne’s work is designed around the individual athlete’s unique needs, goals, and style.

After working in private practice, Adrienne joined the team at 1P410 Sports. Other experience in the field includes work as an adjunct professor at Sam Houston State University’s Kinesiology Department. Adrienne is a current member of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) and the Texas Counseling Association (TCA).

A competitive runner and triathlete, Adrienne regularly competes in road races and triathlons and is a two-time Local Elite Athlete for the Chevron and Aramco Houston Half Marathon in addition to being a multiple-time qualifier for the Boston Marathon and USA Triathlon (USAT ) Age Group National Championships.

Dr. Derrick Raymer is the Director of Sports Therapy at 1P4:10 Sports. He works with individuals of all ages that are striving to live pain free, move better, and improve their performance in the sport they love. Dr. Raymer is a former All-American Football player at Garden City Community College and at Sam Houston State University. While there he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Health. He received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Raymer specializes in treatment and rehabilitation, injury prevention, sport performance, and return to play programs. Aside from the work at 1P410 Sports, he teaches for Southeast Sports Seminars, and is a lead instructor for Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehabilitation continuing education courses. In those courses, he teaches chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, and athletic trainers from all over the country and internationally. He is also trained and certified in The Functional Movement Screen, the Selective Functional Movement Assessment, McKenzie Institute for Cervical and Lumbar Spine Disc Herniations, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, and the ACL Bridge Program. Dr. Raymer utilizes different techniques to improve function and quality of life to his patients. He is passionate about teaching youth athletes proper lifting technique, stretching routines, and injury prevention models. Dr. Raymer is married to his wife, Tanya, and has two kids, Rylee Jo and Jack. He loves to work out, play golf, and is an aspiring endurance athlete.
Dr. Amber DePasquale comes to us with a background in sports and sports medicine.  She has worked with professional, college, and youth athletes providing chiropractic care, physical modalities, myofascial release techniques, and rehabilitation exercises. She is certified in Rocktape Functional Movement Taping Levels 1 and 2, Emergency First Responder (EFR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and is currently pursuing certification as Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP).  She received her Doctor of Chiropractic and Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Texas Chiropractic College. She is a former Division 1 softball player at Liberty University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Promotions: Clinical.

Dr. DePasquale returns to The Woodlands area where she was a 4-year varsity starter for The Woodlands High School softball team. She was also a track and field athlete, played soccer and volleyball, and participated in youth dance and gymnastics.  She enjoys lifting weights, sand volleyball, scuba diving, Mississippi State Football, and is a half marathoner
Growing up in Spring, Texas, Paige Peterson was an avid athlete involved in multiple sports, however her passion was soccer and the sport in which she excelled the most. Paige graduated from Klein Collins High School in 2009 where she had played High School soccer all 4 years. She also played for Challenge Soccer Club 91’ from U-12 until she graduated. As a freshman in college, Paige continued her soccer career as a scholarship athlete at Lamar University, where she studied Exercise Science and Fitness Management. At the conclusion of her freshman year Paige decided to transfer to Texas A&M University, where she majored in Kinesiology with a focus in Clinical Exercise Science. At Texas A&M she completed a minor in both Sport Management and Health. Paige finished up her college education at Sam Houston State University, graduating with a B.S. in Kinesiology and a minor in Health.

Paige has had the opportunity of working in many aspects of the sports field within her professional career, from being an athlete, a coach, working in administrative roles to sports marketing. She is currently the Junior Varsity Girls Soccer Coach at the John Cooper School, as well as the Assistant Middle School Softball Coach. Paige is a Certified Youth Exercise Specialist (YES- NASM) and is currently working on her certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS-NSCA).

Paige has a son, named Graham.

Sean grew up in The Woodlands, Texas and played a variety of sports growing up with a passion and drive for football. He played at the varsity level as a cornerback at The Woodlands High School and he also ran track and competed in triple jump. After graduating TWHS in 2011, he completed two years at Lone Star Community College before doing some soul searching and ended up in Lubbock and became a Red Raider. During the three years spent at Texas Tech, Sean was involved in intramural sports as he played football, softball, and basketball. Wanting more, Sean joined the Tech Triathlon team in which he trained with fellow students and competed in small sprints and Olympic sized races in the West Texas area. Sean graduated in May 2016 from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Health Occupations. During his three years there, he shadowed and observed over 200 hours of Physical Therapy and in his return back to The Woodlands, he worked as a PT Technician with over 600 hours of work experience in an outpatient clinic. This experience and education has landed Sean at 1P4:10 Sports. In addition to assisting Dr..Derrick Raymer with his clients, Sean can be seen leading the AR-FIT classes as well as the AR Acceleration sessions.
Sean is currently studying for his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certification through NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) with intentions to coach and train all levels of athletes to help them achieve their goals.
Missing the competitive spirit of sport, Sean is currently training for Season 9 of American Ninja Warrior. Just look at his hands!
Ivan Carbajal was born and raised in small town, south of Mexico City.  He has played soccer since he was a child and eventually had the opportunity to turn pro at the young age of 14.  Due to the instability of the government in his town, he was unable to continue his professional career in Mexico. During this time his family moved to The Woodlands, TX.
Ivan graduated from The Woodlands High School in 2008 and received several offers to play soccer in college. Due to family medical issues he decided to stay home and attend Lone Star College as well as the University of Houston. In 2016, Ivan attended the National Personal Training Institute in Houston where he completed the program in one year.  Upon graduation, he joined the personal training team at 24-hour fitness.
Ivan is also a Cross Fit level one coach and last year he became the JV Soccer coach for the John Cooper School. In his free time, Ivan enjoys cooking, boxing, playing soccer, hanging out with friends and attending different health and fitness workshops. He is believer that if you work hard you hard work will pay off. 
Growing up in El Paso, TX, Robert Monticone has been a part of the Track and Field world for the last 15 years. Robert started running at a very young age and found a passion for it early on by running in all of his 3rd grade races and then throughout the elementary school years. He ran all through middle school and high school where he focused on everything mid-distance (400-800). In high school he focused on everything sprint based from the 100 to the 400, and he also dabbled in some high jump, long and triple jump. It wasn’t until he got to his junior year of high school where he focused on the 400 and 800. Robert went on to run for Colby Community College located in Colby KS, where he received his associates in Psychology degree. He graduated from Colby in 2014 and signed another scholarship to attend Sam Houston State University where he continued to run the 400, 800, 1500, and was a leg on the A relay for the 4×400. Robert is now majoring in Kinesiology and currently running Cross Country for SHSU and hopes to continue coaching athletes on proper form, and running mechanics for sprinters and distance runners. From June- July of 2016, Robert completed his internship with 1P4:10 Sports and has now transitioned to a full member of the 1P4:10 Sports team.
Robert also has a few years of coaching under his belt and has an extensive network of track coaches with whom he can always go to for input, questions or to let them know about an athlete that he is working with. If the athlete is serious about getting faster and stronger, Robert is the man to do just that through the Acceleration program!
Bill is a husband, father of three, retired youth sports coach, Baylor Bear alum, and an entrepreneur that has built multiple teams and companies over the years. Professionally he has spent 22 years in the software industry including leadership roles at Microsoft and Oracle. Currently, Bill is helping launch and build the US operations for an international IT consulting services firm called Inoapps. As Vice President he is tasked with building and leading a team for the Americas based in Houston, TX.

Outside of his career in technology, Bill has been coaching and developing youth athletes in the community for over a decade. His passion for sports has led him to create a company that serves others by challenging the ordinary. The focus is on what it takes to achieve success on and off the court. Being a good teammate and helping others find success is lost in today’s athletic programs. As Chairman and Founder of 1P410 Sports, his vision is to build a sports service organization that can help each athlete develop and work from a balanced game plan to achieve their personal goals. The 1P410 Sports team of specialists take a genuine interest in helping inspire each athlete to work their plan to achieve their goals. With his leadership, 1P410 will continue to innovate and hire the best team and inspire athletes of all ages to rethink performance by serving others.

Tom Gerhardt is a man with a mission. A mission to change the landscape of how athletic pursuits are measured and delivered. Tom is an investor, board member, and active member of the leadership team with 1P4:10 Sports. He mindfully shares in the vision of creating a balanced plan for all athletes.
Tom graduated from Trinity University and later from the University of St. Thomas (MBA) and has experienced a myriad of business adventures along the way, consisting of everything from high finance (Portfolio Manager) to academics (private school teacher). Always in the plan was to get involved in athletics.
As a former college basketball player, a youth sports coach, and a father, Tom recognizes the significance of what a balanced athletic life can lead to and how beneficial a role it can become in the lives of so many.
Tom’s various business interests, personal ambitions, and a desire to affect a meaningful impact to the lives of athletes young and old has led him to 1P4:10 Sports. Creating a wonderful legacy has begun!
