We improve your running mechanics. We improve your stride length and frequency, knee drive, hip positioning and your arm swing. Acceleration Training will make you fluid and efficient, far more powerful and better conditioned than your opponents.

AR STRONG


We aim to build strength, stamina, and knowledge in how to incorporate strength training into a young athlete's routine.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING


We can design one on one Personal Training for any goal a customer would like to achieve. Our trainers assess and train based on the individuals physical, psychological, and emotional condition.

AR FIT


An adult fitness class that focuses on assessment, teaching, training, and implementing a plan specifically designed to improve you. Main emphasis is on flexibility, agility, and endurance.

AR LIFT


An adult fitness class that focuses on assessment, teaching, training, and implementing a plan specifically designed to improve you. Main emphasis is strength building.

Sport Specific Training


We can train an Athlete for 20 different sports - specifically gearing the Game Plan for the requisite needs of a particular sport. Sport specific modalities are used during the training process.

Our team of trainers has experience working with a wide variety of athletes. Helping them become faster, stronger, more explosive, and allow them to unleash their full athletic potential. Additionally, they have trained athletes from many different sports ranging from youth, high school, collegiate, semi-pro, and Olympic levels. Furthermore, their training is not limited to only athletes; they have been working with a variety of populations through many different fitness domains including weight loss, injury prevention, functional strength and balance/proprioceptive training.
