1P4:10 Sports Strength & Conditioning features an experienced team with over 20 years of combined experience to coach you. All of our team members hold degrees in Kinesiology which is the study of exercise and sports science.

Individual Services:

  • One-to-one personal training sessions
  • Training programs are based on the goals of the individual
  • Youth personal training sessions to teach proper exercise technique in a controlled environment
  • Diet and nutrition consultation incorporated

Team, Small Group and Corporate Services
  • Partner personal training sessions in groups of 2 or 3 individuals
  • Team based strength and conditioning sessions
  • Group based training and recovery individualized for your group
